“Ross”:http://ross.typepad.com/blog/2007/01/wiki_hand_wavin.html rightly points out (albeit more than a little churlishly) that my tongue-in-cheek post on “Confluence running on a Wii”:http://blogs.atlassian.com/rebelutionary/archives/2007/01/confluence_on_a_nintendo_wii.html was not entirely correct.
My bad. “Luke’s”:https://www.socialtext.net/stoss/index.cgi?wiiki post did indeed go up before “Chris’s”:http://blogs.atlassian.com/developer/2007/01/get_your_wiiki_on.html, in the Internet world that’s all that counts.
Most amusingly, as pointed out (by another competitor no less), this is a landmark moment. Despite prolific posting, this post is the first time Ross has ever mentioned Confluence on his blog. We must be making traction in the echo chamber – thanks!
Although I’m not sure about the “new competitor to the space” malarky Ross – Confluence has been around for years – and I’m clearly forgettable as we’ve personally met at least 3 times by my count.
So what to do? In the old days, clearly this minor spat would be solved with a duel to the death.
