Web 2.0 Job Boards
We’re _always_ looking for more great Java engineers to join our team. We have been for four years and we have no intention of stopping.
With a sudden spread of new job boards, I decided yesterday to try ‘em:
* TechCrunch’s CrunchBoard – “ad”:http://www.crunchboard.com/job/787
* Joel’s jobs.joelonsoftware.com – “ad”:http://jobs.joelonsoftware.com/default.asp?186 (which features the Joel Test prominently in the ad – very clever)
* 37 Signals Jobboard – “ad”:http://jobs.37signals.com/jobs/438
I’ll let you know in a month how they go. The trickle so far isn’t that promising, but they all claim to be about low quantity, high quality rather than the opposite. We’ll see.
