A Microsoft tester’s thoughts on bugs
Via Sci-Fi Hi-Fi I found this post by Joe Bork (a Microsoft software tester – yes, it’s not a joke 
). It’s an excellent treatise on why some bugs get fixed, why others don’t and why ‘hire more testers’ is not an answer here.
If you ever file bugs, I suggest you read it.
